Why 10 farms and 20 restaurants?↓

This creates a healthy marketplace with enough variety for restaurants and enough demand for farms to make it worth their time. It ensures everyone has a strong experience from day one — not a ghost town.

What counts as "within 25–50 miles"?↓

We group signups by zip code clusters. Farms and restaurants should be close enough for reasonable delivery — typically within a 25–50 mile radius of each other. We'll handle the geography when we reach out.

How long does it take to launch after threshold?↓

Once a region hits the threshold, we typically launch within 2–4 weeks. We'll reach out to schedule onboarding and training for everyone in your region.

Is there any cost to join the pilot?↓

No. Pilot participants get free onboarding and setup. We only charge a small transaction fee once you start making sales through the platform — nothing until value is delivered.

What if my region doesn't hit the threshold?↓

We'll stay in touch and keep you informed as your region grows. You can also help by referring local farms and restaurants — every connection counts toward your launch.
